Empathetic
Leading
This self is an amazing apparatus, strives for best but is limiting
External
world not in hand, efforts become little & not satisfied.
No time
is perfect, and all periods have rife & challenges built-in
Seemingly
great friends earlier, now carry selfish-centric agenda.
We do
understand persons, and learn their inner constitution also
It is
difficult to convince all to see beyond, even in the public good.
We’ve
interests & priorities, not necessarily others too appreciate
Often
make self-suspicious ambience, keep fears overtly irrelevant.
All have
right to elegant life, graciousness & fearlessness in world
Must face
challenges in public interest, may be not others’ concern.
We get
mired in many types of difficulties in life, one hardly settles
Other
erupts suddenly from nowhere, & captures one in its bounds.
But bold
persons see hurdles, as merely the opportunities to scale
Present
amusing feats with great efforts, and make beautiful world.
People may
doubt others or selves, because of their core built -up
One must
know his capacities right, try to extend to higher levels.
No
problem in accepting as we’re, but not necessarily approving too
Only
giant spirits pledge to serve humanity; our all vices are set right.
Even
little efforts tend to smoothen things, we need utmost sincerity
We should
come out of self-deceiving hues, and develop all faculties.
Do realize
ultimate senses, take tremendous chances to improve upon
Sheer-determined
men take many feats, never diminish the capacities.
With age
we do weaken physically, but enhance in intellectual prowess
But our
efficiencies self-adjust, though unless they’re beyond control.
In
middle-age with both body & mind strong, one can serve large world
One must
use this period for greater good, and make life some worth.
One’s
worthiness provides recognition, he becomes valuable in contexts
World
needs him for bigger benefits, being mediocre will not serve good.
We’re
here for some great purposes, working vigorously will best present
So aim to
take work-sphere to respected levels, world then appreciates.
Surely
our bodies & minds don't remain active always, we fall sick also
Often
catch causes from nowhere, many nowadays are lifestyle-related.
If one
works hard & produces good, ultimately that will be remembered
With
respecting & doing his duties best, a person adopts his checkmate.
All men
are good and will respect also, but carry their fears & problems
Secretly
they think what to attend, and act only after judging priorities.
We are
petty cogs in big world-chain, but little failure can harm system
You
replace but accidents happen due to snags, each has importance.
One
should yearn to keep his flock together, and not to easily give up
Respect
sentiments, smoothen so that they feel important & respected.
Sometimes
little hurts too pinch the souls, higher ones may not realize
So
correct anomalies at the earliest, & don't let good people slip away.
Team-making
is definitely difficult, but people are the greatest resources
A leader
is to keep members’ mind-body wellness in mind & raise them.
They too
have their needs & require soothing, and see to you with hope
Do not
despair, forgive small faults, and speak the encouraging words.
One
should not be harsh with people, admiration bring positive results
One may
turn rude in infirmity, but bad for a leader dealing with men.
World
will judge with your core attitudes & how you made people feel
Train men
for excellence & infill importance, they will strive for better.
A
leader’s one big responsibility is to guide, and bring things in order
So,
assuage others’ feelings & fears, and they will respond positively.
Face
challenges together for benign causes, raise morale & strengths
Men are
assets, utilize best, show their worth as they’re living beings.
