O My Spirit

O Indomitable Spirit, come to my life also,

You have shown ways to many, why not to me?

I also require your strength & guidance,

I amn't just a sleeping man but aspire elation Important.

Life should not be mediocre but of excellent stuff,

And it is you only who can groom this mortal stuff also.

I have to walk many difficult ways & see unseen fields,

Challenges are huge and you are the only refuge.

Each & every step has to pave for the long journey,

And the curiosity of mind will be helpful only.

O My Spirit, you please awaken & live in this embodiment,

You also need some recognition / respect at least for some time.

I do want you become stronger & serene over the time,

And the vision you to enable all inward & outside.

O My spirit, you be disciplined in speech & deeds,

Work hard & clarify concepts so that nothing is overlooked.

I have great hopes & you are only the pillar strong,

So enable me along with you so that all is good.

Please come to embrace me & goad to trudge good,

Open my mind’s doors without hesitation as I will do.

What can be various fields which I should acquaint,

And the dreams of days for converting into realities?

O Engineer, busy in construction jobs, have you thought to engineer self

Admittedly buildings you create strong, aesthetic, beautiful & architectural marvels.

You remain involved in planning & designing of civil engineering infra

Seeing each & every aspect of economy and serving purpose.

Every nut-bolt of mechanism is checked before letting go-ahead

And associate many persons, specialists to meet optimum requirements.

From brief idea before conception, you move step by step

All management fundamentals are followed so to reach ultimate goal.

What are the requirements and how to meet the best?

What resources are required and ways to accomplish within time?

A good coordination is required between all stakeholders of project

Everybody is carried forward and his views are respected.

As a project manager, you should be able to judge right from wrong

And the convincing ability & presenting self-imprint the final go.

You check all structural elements from foundation to the top

All geographical & location factors are considered in the parts’ design.

Your goal is to create marvel within financial & knowledge constraints

You don’t always find experts, and have to manage with available.

You sometimes take bold decisions to come out of all hitches

And not always popular as few may not like ways yours.

But your role is to run the show and not to earn cheap populism

And to direct all concerned to move the things in desired line.

Project means construction that needs be meticulously conducted

All artisans, skilled or unskilled should know their jobs properly.

It is not that one just thought and project is completed

It needs consistent intelligent efforts of everyone involved.

We think project and get results, more or less to our efforts / expectations

We know inputs made so, and don’t merely expect miracles.

We observe each & every resources, and know result in its tune only

And that results would have been better had our inputs improvised.

Project means thousands of inputs and their proper coordination

People associate for specific roles doing their parts well.

Everyone’s role is important as a small loose can kill the spirit

Small lapses cause major defects & sometimes very difficult to rectify.

Our life is also a project but we do not care self-matters

We let it move in own way, without any meticulous step.

It goes hither & thither, and becomes unmanageable by its own

It loses; create bad habits and many faults beyond control.

So why do you not engineer life and set right its body & spirit

Check its each & every requirement so that it speaks of its own.

It can be its own master provided its ultimate goal is pre-decided

Activities & events in between with time & resources planned in advance.

You also need some PERT/CPM and Primavera to order activities

Detail out all requirements and assign resources for execution.

Move in the way as Epictus  did, watching carefully every nuance of life

And convert this mortal into engineered project and don’t let it sway away.

Mother Nature’s Baby

Mother Nature’s Baby

A little baby is born from Mother Nature’s womb

It situated there for a big period, and has now come out.

Mother Nature is a pervading Omni & baby will remain in bosom  
But little freedom it has bestowed, to move out and work of own.

Life’s lessons are be learnt by hit & trial, and self-experimentation

It has provided preliminary training, now real work is self’s destiny.

Till remained in her womb, and enjoyed its warmth & nurture

Complacent in a little world, thinking you’re its owner.

You rolled in it, convulsed, showed gestures of different moods

By little hands & legs tied to play, sometimes angry in microcosm.

But it was gestation period, now she is to follow some rules

From conception to maturing in a baby, it kept you with great care.

She has protected from all mal-forces, and fed you with her blood

Took responsibility happily, bore all pains without complaining.

She was ebullient on conceiving, and proud in keeping you in her

Now she has borne by bearing labour, but amused on seeing you.

She has great expectations; my issue will walk of his own

And will do some wonder here & bring glory to parents.

For some more time she'll take care, but will have to leave alone

She has compulsions, and has to care other offspring.

Each parent wants to strengthen child, by freeing to decide of own

Parents can't remain with always, one has to learn required fields.

Though there'll be parents’ ambiance near, if you want any help

But caution required in journey you take, don't waver from path.

What aims do you carry with, is the test of personality

What pursuits do you follow in life, and strive to attain the bar?

Life is vast if seen in large canvas, one has to fill with vivid colors

Caricaturing in the best artful manner, attentive in respecting duties.

Many dimensions you can provide, by hard work & calm repose

Cautious in learning fine nuances, evoking productivity in actions.  

Many facets of life, old giants were quite aware with 

Values they ordained in business, and magnanimity of hearts.

How can one ingress in unknown fields - harbingers to knowledge

Some light they can shed, but present necessity is their search.

A teacher has great role in life, Mother Nature imbues in her

It also needs good pupils, learning well & taking its some roles.

Participants who can explain fine aspects, to good learners in life

Steadfastness to ease out its burden, will serve Mother Earth only.

Explanations of Mother goddess are contemplation of humans

Thoughts are great assets, let them out pour from minds.

Being wise & learned of some degree, can be a good pursuit

And understanding this life attains, much complexity one handles.

You are still a toddler and enjoy bosom of Mother

But slowly will have to stand, and be responsible for self.

Open eyes, observe correctly, with great aims as giants in past

Make Marcus Aurelius like personality, be a legacy for all.

Mind Extempore

What are the layers of human mind, and where he situates in context?

He behaves differently at moments, and knowledge disseminated has degrees.

What we speak in general, keeps only part of specialized knowledge

Depends on what purpose it has, the out pour is adjusted itself. 

But do we really know something, or speak what comes in mind at moments

How much sensible are we, in our learning and speaking minds?

We generally are extempore, and have to deal with situations various 

Many a times we are not prepared, but forced to respond any way. 

It is like you're left in jungle, and suddenly lion is ready to pounce

What your reaction would be, nobody can tell precisely.

Similarly in some gathering, all of sudden demand comes to say few words

We are quite unaware & unprepared, to manage such eventualities.

Also as given a topic from nowhere, and write a small essay on it 

From where we will collect words & context, and fill some sentences with ?

Human mind is an amazing instrument, but helpless many a times

That is why we crave to live in cosy situations, and don't want pressure on us.

We have made a certain pattern, and behave in that particular way,

and don't work to move much ahead, hence remain mediocre in many fields.

How much is one prepared, for many types of problems & contexts?

Life is vast & needs enough grooming, so as to remain some purposeful.

Numerous fields & disciplines, very difficult to master in normal one life

 Each one requires energy, time and dedication, to learn each nuance.

How much can mind sneak into some fields, beyond its normal ones?

It depends on inclination, interests and willingness to sacrifice a little self.

When we learn something new, that requires shedding own ignorance, 

and the myths, constructions, self-concepts and tendency to look down others. 

New concepts find place in mind's convolutions, and appear as & when required

But deep lines will be drawn by repeated interactions, with those in fields.

 Each new experience is like to move, in unknown path in darkness

Where will you strike is not known, but only determination makes you go.

Are we superficial or serious, and also generalists or specialists

That will depend on our background and also tendency to behave.

Life is a humour definitely, but needs to be taken seriously

Each word has some meaning, so don't waste any such precious.

It is usual to be contextual, depending upon person we speak, 

Besides level of our knowledge, and other person's understanding of that.

It is not required always to remain with hard facts, and talk as super-knowledgeable

But depends upon requirement of situations, we are to remain relevant.

Similarly what I write in present moments does not carry any unusual

It simply deals to arrange some words to complete this topic.

I am not searching numerous books & articles, in mind's such dilemma, 

But just struggling to explore self, what can be the best answer.

Extempore is certainly a good thing, as it goads to manage with self

Yes, its success comes when one sneaks, into fields in other moments.

General reading / learning will open fields to deal efficiently

Similarly writing will become relevant & acceptable, if seen work behind that.
